Do you ship abroad?
No, we don't shop all over the world. We only ship throughout the Netherlands
How long will it take to receive my orders?
It depends where you are. Orders processed here take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take 7 to 16 days. Delivery details can be found in your confirmation email.
I have received a wrong item, what can I do?
Please return the item. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will process the refund and send you an email. Please indicate on your return form that the item is incorrect and place it in your return package together with the return shipment. Don't forget to ask for proof of postage when you return your package. If you still want the item and it is still in stock, please place a new order through our website. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our quality control team is not satisfied with the condition of a returned item (for example, if the tags have been removed or if it has been worn) and we are unable to restock it, we may not be able to accept your return and it may have to be sent back to you .
I have received a damaged item, what can I do?
We are sorry if you received a damaged item.
Please return the item as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you. Don't forget to select 'damaged' as the reason.
Have you worn your favorite item too often? Please note that all items are checked in our warehouse. If there is wear and tear, you may not receive a full refund
